Video not working - its freezing every 2 seconds.

Dear Admin/Photographer.
I got the video and I cannot watch it after downloading. Video is flickering and freezing every 5 seconds .
Files are not in true MP4 format. (I think someone renamed  apple quicktiime .mov files to .MP4)
Can you please combine them into 1 large proper 60fps video like other travel shooting videos. This is the 4th time have had this type of issue. I also noticed it's a video shot back in 2020_09_06.
Please convert this to 1 proper mp4 without this frame rate issue or refund the points. Its a wast of money. please fix it

Can you please publish the new travel shooting nice swim suites. Why is it delayed. please please post at least 2 to 3 travel shooting videos every week.
