How to contact a photographer

If I have questions about a image series, is there a way to contact the photographer or the publisher.  As an example, if I want to contact "Elk, id 888" how can I contact Elk. If I am posting this in the wrong forum, I appologize as I am struggling beacause of the language and translation issues.  Many thanks.
